Proper preparation and attentive riding are therefore important throughout the journey.

Before starting your Rajasthan Motorcycle Tour, carry your valid driving licence, motorcycle documents, identification and other required travel documents. Wear suitable riding gear, stay hydrated and prepare for strong sunlight, heat and dusty conditions, particularly during long riding days.

Rajasthan is also home to historic monuments, religious sites, wildlife areas and communities with distinct local traditions. Respecting local customs, heritage and the environment is an important part of responsible travel. Riders should follow traffic regulations, listen to the tour team's instructions and remain alert around livestock, camels, pedestrians and changing road conditions.

CRUCIAL DO'S

Follow the Tour Manager and support team's instructions when travelling through remote routes, busy cities, desert areas or sections where road conditions change unexpectedly.

Carry your valid driving licence, motorcycle documents, identification and other required travel documents throughout the journey.

Respect forts, palaces, temples, mosques, Jain temples and other heritage or religious places. Follow dress codes, photography rules and other instructions applicable at each site.

Start long riding days with sufficient drinking water, sun protection and appropriate clothing to stay comfortable during Rajasthan’s hot and dry conditions.

Carry sufficient cash and essential supplies when travelling through smaller towns and remote areas, where ATMs, fuel stations and other facilities may be less frequent.

Check your motorcycle’s tyres, brakes, lights, chain and fuel before beginning each riding day, particularly before travelling through remote desert or rural sections.

Interact respectfully with local communities and support responsible tourism by keeping heritage sites clean, avoiding unnecessary plastic waste and respecting Rajasthan’s cultural and natural surroundings.

Ride at a controlled speed on unfamiliar roads and remain alert for sudden turns, livestock, camels, pedestrians, tractors and other slow-moving vehicles.

STRICT DON'TS

Do not assume that desert or rural roads will have regular fuel stations, shops or mobile connectivity. Avoid beginning remote stretches without adequate fuel, water and essential supplies.

Do not stop your motorcycle in the middle of highways, blind corners or narrow roads for photographs. Use designated or clearly safe stopping areas instead.

Do not chase, feed or unnecessarily approach camels, cattle or other animals encountered along roads and in villages. Give animals and handlers sufficient space to pass safely.

Do not climb on monuments, touch fragile structures, carve names or leave marks on forts, palaces, temples or other heritage sites. Follow barriers and restricted-area signs.

Do not photograph people, religious ceremonies or local activities in a way that intrudes on their privacy or traditions. Ask for permission where appropriate and avoid disruptive behaviour.
